First Treatment
How can I prepare for my first treatment?
Our goal is to provide premium quality service with great care to protect your family, pets and home. In general, the products we use have minimal odor, and you are not required to leave your home or office during treatment. In preparation for your first service appointment please help us with the following details:
- All open food should be covered or stored.
- Both indoor and outdoor pet food and water dishes should be covered or removed.
- Children, pets and adults should avoid contacting wet products applied by your technician until completely dry. (generally about 30 minutes)
- Gather and cover children’s toys in areas being treated.
- After the service, we recommend counters, utensils and eating surfaces be cleaned.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. The commercial grade products used by our technicians are remarkably effective at eliminating bugs. So effective in fact, that you do NOT need to move your furniture away from walls.
Is the treatment safe for my pets?
Our technicians are highly trained to apply products in the most responsible manner limiting risk to families and pets. Please follow these guidelines to help protect your pets:
- All open pet food should be covered or stored.
- Both indoor and outdoor pet food and water dishes should be covered or stored.
- Pets should avoid contacting wet product applied by your technician until the treatment is completely dry (usually 15-30 minutes). This may best be accomplished by confining pets to one room or outside while the rest of your home is treated and until applied products are completely dry.
- Fish, reptile and insect terrarium tanks should be covered with a towel and aerators turned off during treatment.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
In general, the products we use have minimal odor, and you are not required to leave your home or office during the treatment. The only exception is Flea treatments that do require people and pets be absent during treatment and for several hours afterwards. This allows the treatment products to dry undisturbed and is a safety requirement per label laws.
How can I pay for my service?
On our first visit payment is required at the time of service. For the convenience of our customers we accept cash, check and all major credit and debit cards.
Billing for future services will be provided via email (unless otherwise requested) after service is completed. We offer several convenient payment method options:

What happens after my first treatment?
If you have selected our 100% guaranteed Pest Zapping Service, then you will receive a phone call from our office staff before each future service. We will want to know about any pest problems you might be having so we can carefully address these issues when we service your home of office. If you have not noticed any indoor pest problems, then we will treat the exterior surfaces and landscape around the buildings. You will not need to be present unless inside pests are reported and indoor treatment is desired.
As a reminder, we guarantee our services 100%. We take great pride in our work and want to ensure you are exceptionally satisfied. Please do not hesitate to call us if any pest problems arise after your service. We will be happy to discuss any further needs or questions you may have following your initial treatment.
Maintenance Treatments
How often do you come out?
We treat seasonally – Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. This provides a continuous pest barrier around your structures and eliminates pests in each of their life stages. If a pest ever breaks through our barrier into or onto your home, text or call for a booster treatment. We’ll come as often as needed to keep you living completely pest free!
What pests are included in my bug zapping service?
Our All Bugs plan includes spiders, mites, ticks, fleas, earwigs, centipedes, American cockroach, oriental cockroach, german cockroach, beetles, potato bugs, stink bugs, lady beetles, box elder bugs, millipedes, crickets, silverfish, carpet beetles, Indian meal moths, grain/flour beetles, pantry moths, cigarette beetles, drugstore beetles, weevils, carpenter ants, pavement ants, odorous house ants, acrobat ants, yellow jackets, bald-faced hornets, paper wasps, bees, mud dauber wasp, and bed bugs. Initial cleanouts for bed bugs and german roaches are a separate service. We also offer services for moles, gophers, voles, rats, and mice.
How does your Guarantee work?
We cheerfully guarantee 100 percent every service we provide. In the unlikely event that you experience pests of any type following your treatment, please call us at 541-636-0146 to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Do you require a long term contract?
No contracts required. If we are doing an exceptional job at eliminating pests, then you will want us to keep coming back!
Can you treat my home if it is raining?
If it is raining at your scheduled time of service we can treat inside but will be unable to treat outside. We might have to wait a few minutes or return when the rain stops to complete your service. While we apologize for this possible inconvenience we want to make sure your treatment is absolutely effective at eliminating bugs.
Do you offer green products?
Our trained technicians responsibly use the most people and pet friendly pest control products they can to offer exceptional lasting results. Our experience indicates truly green products often have an offensive odor, are higher priced and do not offer lasting results. Most of the products we use are labeled for use in restaurant and other sensitive locations. We take every precaution available to protect the safety of people and pets with every service we provide.
Services Offered
Do you trap skunks, raccoons, opossums, beavers, nutrias or other large animals?
No, we do not offer wildlife trapping or relocation services for animals larger than rats, moles and gophers. Assistance may be obtained by contacting the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
Do you kill fleas?
Yes we do! While not part of our Monthly or Bimonthly service protection plan, this optional treatment is tremendously effective at eliminating fleas both indoors and outdoors. To quickly eliminate fleas in your home follow these steps:
- Call us to schedule two treatment appointments at least two weeks apart.
- Let us help you determine the flea host–your pet, a neighbors pet (in dwellings close together like apartments), mice or rats living in the home, birds or animals in the crawl space or attic, deer sleeping against the home etc. With the help of a vet treat your pets or exclude from entry unwanted host animals.
- Follow these steps to prepare for your treatment: Flea Checklist
Remember: Our Flea zapping service provides fast acting results and is guaranteed to be 100 percent effective.
Do you offer bird control services?
No, we currently do not offer any bird control services.
Do you perform WDI or WDO pest inspections for bank loans?
No, we currently do not offer WDI or WDO inspection services.
Do you inspect and treat for termites?
Our first question is are you sure you have termites? We find carpenter ants far more often than termites. Carpenter ants can be large or small and excavate their tunnels leaving sawdust like shreds of wood fiber. We very effectively eliminate carpenter ants.
Termites are not very common in our part of Oregon so we do not currently treat for termites. If you are not sure, we will be happy to provide an inspection to determine what type of pests you have attacking your home.
What do you use to eliminate ants?
As licensed pest control applicators we are permitted to use products that are far more effective than Terro and other products found at hardware stores. Many do-it-yourself products sold in stores actually make ant infestations worse. They contain repellent active ingredients that can cause budding where ant colonies divide and often result in even worse infestations.
The professional ant control products our technicians use are undetectable by ants. As ants pass over these products they collect and then share the active ingredients throughout the colony. Like a time bomb, within several days the active ingredients kill the queen along with all members of the ant colony.
Do you eliminate bats?
No, we currently do not offer bat control services.
