Bug Zapper covers a wide variety of pests – over 40 species of bugs, plus rats, mice, moles, voles, and gophers. We even take care of the more specialized pests, such as German cockroaches and bed bugs. Services we don’t offer include termites, bats, mosquitoes, birds, and wildlife trapping. Yes, we do. However, our seasonal treatment plans are more effective, guaranteed, and typically a much better value. Most customers choose the seasonal treatments. The reality is that due to the nature of pests, a one-time treatment doesn’t eradicate the root of a pest issue.

We’ll be out there as quickly as possible. Often the same day. We get it…when you have a pest issue, you don’t want to wait. That’s why we provide reliable, fast, and long-lasting service.
We use premium products with a treatment plan tailored to your home. Many of our products slowly release, providing 90 days of protection. Based on extensive testing, we get better results coming seasonally with the best products and processes than we would coming more often with lower-grade products. That said, if you’re on a seasonal service plan, call us any time, and we’ll be happy to provide additional services as needed at no cost.
We know the stress and damage pests cause. That’s why we guarantee our work. We don’t just guarantee we’ll come a certain number of times; we guarantee a result – no pests. Most of our services are offered with a 1-year guarantee. That way, we can get you pest-free and make sure it stays that way. Trust us…the only thing worse than having pests is having pests again a month or two later. If you do ever have pests come back within your 1 year warranty, we’ll come out right away to treat at no additional cost to you.
Bug Zapper services and prices vary depending on the pest and the size of your home. Service plans start at $99 and are backed by our re-service guarantee. If it’s only been a few days, don’t worry. The products get passed from one ant to another until the entire colony is affected. That is the most effective way to eliminate an ant infestation, but the process can take a few days. If it’s been about 2 weeks and you’re still seeing ants, give us a call. We’ll be right out to do a booster treatment.
We have an incredibly effective bed bug service. It’s also more economical than many options in the market. We also treat for German cockroaches. We do not treat for termites. However, more often than not, when people think they have termites, it’s actually carpenter ants. Give us a call, and we can discuss.
If you ever need to reschedule or cancel a service, just call or text us at 541-636-0146. For routine seasonal services, we’ll typically send a proposed appointment day and time to you the day before we’ll be in your area. If that ever doesn’t work for you, just respond “no”, and we’ll try again in a few days. Or give us a call, and we can lock in a time. Keep in mind, most services are exterior services, and you’re typically not required to be home at the time of service.
For initial services, we want to meet you and have you be home. After that, you can choose to be there during the service or not. Our products are pet and kid-friendly. With that said, there are a couple of services that do require you and your pets to be away from the property for a few hours. We’ll make sure you’re prepared and understand expectations based on the service you select.
Once you select a service, we’ll email a summary of the service, text a service reminder the day before, text when we’re on our way, leave an orange card in the door, have an in-person conversation with you if you’re home, and send a service report text upon completion. Communication is a big deal to us.
