• Move items away from walls — clear 2–3 inches of space along baseboards in areas where you’ve noticed pest activity.
• Pick up pet food and water bowls before the technician arrives.
• Secure pets — let us know about dogs, cats, or other animals so we can coordinate timing and product selection.
• Unlock gates and side yards if we’ll be treating the exterior of your home.
• Don’t clean treated areas for 24–48 hours after service to let products set.
