Do I have roof rats or Norway rats?
Listen for where the noise is. Scratching in the attic or walls at night usually means roof rats. Burrows along the foundation or noise under the floor usually means Norway rats. We’ll check and tell you what you have.
How do I know if I have rats or mice?
Droppings are the easiest clue. Mouse droppings are about the size of a grain of rice. Rat droppings are closer to a raisin. You may also hear scratching at night or find chewed food bags.
Is your rodent service safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Bait goes in locked stations, and traps go where kids and pets can’t reach them.
